What you are buying, what you may do with it, and what happens if something goes wrong. Written to be read once, in a few minutes, before you buy.

1. Who you are contracting with
Koit Academy is operated by {{PLACEHOLDER: registered legal entity name}}, {{PLACEHOLDER: registered address}}, Albania. Contact: info@koitacademy.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that entity, and "you" means the person buying or downloading.
Payment and delivery are handled by Payhip, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction, with PayPal processing the payment. Payhip's own terms also apply to the checkout itself. Your contract for the content of the books is with us.
Using this site, or buying anything from it, means you accept these terms. If you do not, the site is free to leave and nothing has been agreed.
2. What you are buying
A licence to use a PDF ebook. Not the ebook itself, and not the copyright in it — those stay with us. What changes hands is permission to use the file, on the terms in section 3.
There are no physical goods, no subscriptions, no memberships, no accounts and no course platform. One payment, one file, downloaded and kept.
3. What you may and may not do with it
The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Within that, it is deliberately generous about the part that matters.
You may
- Read the book on as many of your own devices as you like, for as long as you like, offline.
- Print it, in whole or in part, for your own use.
- Use the prompts, templates, checklists and scripts in your own work — including work you are paid for, and including work you do for clients. This is what they are for. You do not owe us a credit, a licence fee or a mention.
- Adapt those prompts and templates however you like, and keep the adapted versions.
- Quote short passages with attribution, as you would from any book.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the file.
- Share it with colleagues, clients or a team. Each person needs their own copy — see below if you want several.
- Upload it to a file-sharing service, a torrent, a "resource" or "freebie" site, a Discord, a shared drive open to people outside your household, or any other place it can be downloaded by someone who did not buy it.
- Republish the text, in whole or in substantial part, anywhere — including reworded, translated, or turned into a video, a course or a newsletter.
- Use the book's text as training data for a machine-learning model, or submit it to a service that does so. This restricts the book's text. It does not restrict anything you produce by running the prompts, which is yours.
- Remove or alter the copyright notices in the file.
- Sell the book, or a derivative of it, as your own product.
For multiple copies, email info@koitacademy.com with the number of people and the titles. There is no volume licence set up at present, so it is arranged by hand.
The licence lasts indefinitely and ends only if you breach section 3, or if a payment is reversed — see the refund policy on chargebacks.
4. Price, currency and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars and currently run from $7 to $24.99 for a single book, with bundles priced separately. The listed price does not vary by country.
If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your provider converts at their own rate and may add a fee. That is between you and them.
Prices are listed excluding tax, and tax is added on top at checkout where it applies. Payhip is the merchant of record for the sale and calculates, collects and remits it: sales tax in the United States and Canada, where it acts as a marketplace facilitator, and VAT on digital products in the United Kingdom and the European Union. The rate is determined by the country you give at checkout, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm payment. So a buyer in a VAT country pays more than the figure on the product page, and the product pages say so next to the price.
Prices can change. A change applies to purchases made after it, never retrospectively, and we do not run countdown timers, fake sales, or "was" prices for something that was never sold at that price.
5. Delivery and access
Delivery is immediate. The download link appears on the Payhip confirmation screen as soon as payment clears, and the same link is emailed to the address used at checkout.
Download the file and keep your own copy. Once it is on your device it is yours, and nothing we do can withdraw it — there is no licence server, no expiry and no account to lapse. If you lose the file, email us from the address you bought with and it will be sent again, with no time limit and no charge.
Files are PDFs with no DRM, no password and no device limit. We do not guarantee that a particular reader application will render a file to your satisfaction, only that the file is a valid PDF; if it will not open, that is covered by the refund policy.
6. Refunds
Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so completing checkout waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are still given for a file that will not open, a duplicate charge, the wrong product, or a product that materially differs from its description here — within 14 days, by email.
The refund policy is the full version and governs. If anything in this section ever disagrees with it, that page is right.
7. Third-party AI tools
These books describe software operated by other companies — among them Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Midjourney. Those tools change constantly: prices move, features appear and disappear, plan limits shift, and behaviour that was reliable in one model version is not in the next.
We have no control over any of it. Each book states the month its details were verified against the live product, and marks the details most likely to move, but nothing here is a warranty that a third-party tool will still work as described when you read it.
Koit Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Midjourney, or any other company whose products are named in the books or on this site.
Their names and trademarks belong to them and are used descriptively, to say which software a chapter is about. Nothing more should be read into it.
Your use of any of those tools is governed by that company's own terms, not by ours. Where a book describes a technique, it remains your responsibility to check that it is permitted under the terms of the tool you use it in.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The books are sold as educational material and are provided as they are. Beyond the statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded — that they match their description and are of satisfactory quality — we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose of yours.
Nothing we publish promises a result. No income, no revenue, no time saved, no ranking, no follower count, no conversion rate, no client won. Any figures or examples in a book are illustrative and are not a representation of what you will achieve.
Outcomes depend on your market, your skill, your existing business and how much of the work you actually do — none of which a book can know or control.
The content is not professional advice. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of a purchase or out of the content of a book, is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost business, lost data, lost opportunity, or the cost of a decision you made after reading something here.
Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Albania, and the courts of Albania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EU, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts. We say this explicitly because a governing-law clause written as though it overrides local consumer rights is both unenforceable and a warning sign to exactly the customers who read this far.
Before any of that: email info@koitacademy.com. Almost every dispute over a $7–$24.99 PDF is a misunderstanding that one message resolves.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought — a later change does not alter a licence already granted.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version for anything you buy after that point.
The rest of the set
Anything unclear in any of these, ask rather than guess:info@koitacademy.com. A question answered before a purchase is cheaper for both of us than a dispute after one.
